Congraulation to all the Scouts from Pack 99 that received there Arrow of Light Friday Night
Troop 194 is Welcoming 17 new Scouts as they embark on there Scouting Trail to Eagle.

Chartered by American Legion Post 94 Babylon Village, New York, Boy Scout Troop 194 exists to enhance the character and develop integrity in young men through the principles summarized in the Scout Oath and Law. While in pursuit of this goal, the Troop provides opportunities for Scouts to learn basic Scouting skills, practice the patrol method, and develop leadership skills.

Boy Scout Troop 194 is a proud organization of Babylon village located on the Great South Bay of Long Island, New York and was first formed in 1967. 

Scout Oath: On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.

Scout Law: A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.

Outdoor Code: As an American, I will do my best to - be clean in my outdoor manners, be careful with fire, be considerate in the outdoors and be conservation minded.

Mission: Is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their life time by instilling in them the  values of the Scout Oath, Law and Outdoor Code.

Outdoor Program:
Troop 194 has an active outdoor program, based on the idea that the best classroom is outside, the best teacher is guided hands-on activities, and lasting memories are built in community on shared experiences.

Who can Join:

Boys between the ages of 11 and 17, or have completed the fifth grade, or who have earned the Arrow of Light Award, who are interested in learning skills that will help them develop into our leaders of tomorrow. Scouting is a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.
